Job Summary

The Personal Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional sales support to the Producer and deliver outstanding customer service to clients. This role requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion to meet service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of new and renewal accounts in line with Agency and individual Producer goals.
  • Provide field service in support of Producer activities.
  • Assist clients with service needs and make changes to existing accounts.
  • Work with the Producer to design and recommend proper insurance and risk management programs to Agency clients.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar.
  • Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment.
  • Proficient in AMS360 and ImageRight (Worksmart) is preferred but not required.
