Environmental Account Manager

Thompson Industrial, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing new accounts and expanding and/or maintaining existing accounts for our assigned book of business. Environmental experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals.
- Develop and maintain corporate-level communication with corporate accounts.
- Manage profitability by meeting quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify corporate account locations and direct sales and service personnel to those locations as needed.
- Develop client solutions by maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.
- Manage sales expenses and ensure timely submission of business expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years industry or relevant experience; environmental experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
