  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the department is well-stocked and able to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the department, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including the Delicatessen, to ensure seamless service and minimize errors.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a retail or restaurant environment.
