About the Role:

The Oncology Service Department at Elliot Hospital is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive social work services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical social work assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
