About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Technology Support Specialist to join our team in Salem, Oregon. This permanent, full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for remote work and advancement within the State of Oregon.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide litigation technology support services, including evaluating, collecting, analyzing, and processing data for litigation support cases in eDiscovery software platforms. They will also provide technical support to meet business needs, work with technology team members to diagnose and resolve system issues, and support the collection, preservation, and production of electronically stored information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Three years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting Business Intelligence tools.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both business and information technology staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
