Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify new customer requirements and provide price offers for new requests to maximize the number of orders;
  • Establish and renew contractual relations with existing customers;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and meet customer needs;
  • Prepare and submit quotes for all requests and order releases;
  • Maintain accurate communication history in customer profiles.
Requirements:
  • 3PL and sales experience;
  • Understanding of the United States transportation industry;
  • Experience with FTL (sales or operations) is mandatory;
  • A portfolio of existing customers (FTL business) is an added advantage;
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Results-oriented mindset.
