Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services, Inc. (CLASS). As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in various settings, including their homes and community-based locations.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, collecting and recording data, and collaborating with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior therapy plans using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Provide direct support to children with ASD in various settings, including their homes and community-based locations
  • Collect and record data accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
Requirements
  • Speak, write, read, and communicate fluently in the English language
  • Enjoy teaching and interacting with children
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality pertaining to clients, therapists, staff, and protected health information (PHI)
  • Responsible, caring, and eager to learn
  • Respectful to parents/guardians/teachers
  • Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and professional ability to receive positive and constructive feedback
  • Punctuality - Must be on time for all appointments, meetings, and overlaps
  • Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to and from client homes
What We Offer
  • Hourly pay rate of $21-$32 DOE and education
  • $500 bonus for current RBTs paid within the first 30 days of employment
  • $300 bonus if onboarding is completed within 3 weeks
  • $200 bonus if onboarding is completed within 2 weeks
