Behavior Frontiers is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide ABA therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching individuals with autism to develop essential skills, such as communication, socialization, and independence.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to track client progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college credits or experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • The ability to pass a background check and provide negative TB test results.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
