We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Compass Center, Inc.

As a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy agency, we provide exceptional services to families with special needs and medically complex children. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve our vision.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and intervention techniques, with experience in designing and supervising ABA programs for clients. They will also possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical direction and guidance to case managers and RBTs
  • Developing individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Supervising RBTs and ensuring they receive appropriate supervision
  • Collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve treatment goals
  • Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to intervention plans
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities
