Lead Civil Engineer for Public Sector Projects

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Federal and Public Works for our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive Project Management experience within the Federal and Public Works sector.
Location: Irvine, California
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Compensation: Salary based on experience
Licensure: Must hold a Professional Engineer license in California
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams to successfully deliver civil and vertical construction projects.
- Provide engineering design and oversight for projects.
- Oversee technical staff, maintain client relationships, and engage in business development activities.
- Drive growth initiatives within the Southern California region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in California.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in client relations, business development, and proposal writing.
