Oversee engineering responsibilities, project oversight, and design for public infrastructure initiatives. Guide team members, collaborate on business development, and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple civil engineering initiatives concurrently.
  • Independently execute engineering designs for projects of moderate complexity.
  • Assist senior engineers with budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Interact with clients to uphold quality benchmarks and ensure satisfaction.
  • Guide junior personnel and serve as a technical advisor.
  • Build client relationships and develop project proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering for public infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in managing projects related to public infrastructure.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other pertinent software.
  • Strong focus on client service and project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in mentoring and resource management is preferred.
