Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to customers. This position requires a high level of knowledge of the service area and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and credit card charges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service through heavy phone volume and negotiation of delivery times
  • Coordinate with quality control and office personnel to ensure seamless service and delivery of products
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in pursuing a sales career
  • Ability to manage smartphones and digital tools
  • Experience with downloading and setting apps on IOS and Android
  • MS Office intermediate to high level required
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
