Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through various outreach methods, including phone and email.
  • Conduct preliminary research on target industries and organizations.
  • Utilize our CRM system to ensure effective communication with clients.
  • Establish and maintain a professional presence on LinkedIn.
  • Effectively communicate TLC's solutions aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with the Business Development team.
  • Address initial inquiries and concerns from potential clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities.

  • Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
