Job Title: Collections Specialist

Regional Finance is seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for handling delinquent consumer loans using a variety of collections and customer service techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify accounts with overdue payments and find solutions to bring them to a current status
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals
  • Make outbound and inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed
  • Ensure all collections activities are in compliance with Regional's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • 1+ year of collection experience preferred
  • Bilingual/Spanish - preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making, and solution-oriented
  • Experience with skip tracing
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $18.00- $20.00 per hour
  • 1st 90-days - guaranteed bonus minimum of $200
  • Monthly Incentive pay - Up to $ 1500
  • $1000 Joining Bonus

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday - 4 shifts of 9:00am - 6:00pm and 1 shift of 12:00pm - 9:00pm
