Position Summary

The Orchestration Planner is tasked with ensuring the dependable and systematic production of our operational reviews. This includes meticulously coordinating sessions and events (such as executive meetings, workshops, demonstrations, conferences, and training sessions) and engaging in PMO activities, projects, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement. This essential team member should embody a positive work ethos and excel in fostering team cohesion. The individual will collaborate closely with solution teams, IT, and other partners in a dynamic environment to achieve program goals and objectives, demonstrating initiative, analytical thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Compensation: PG&E is providing a salary range that reflects the company's good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. This range is specific to the job's locality, and actual compensation will depend on various factors, including skills, education, certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. The successful candidate is expected to be positioned within the middle or entry point of the range, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis.

Salary Range:

Bay Area Minimum: $102,000

Bay Area Maximum: $162,000

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the production of quality DORs, WORs, and MORs.
  • Maintain the program's time architecture.
  • Manage the program calendar and communication channels.
  • Coordinate workspace and special projects with CRESS.
  • Oversee collaboration tools.
  • Manage team rosters, organizational charts, and distribution lists.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Facilitate sessions and events.
  • Assist with budget analysis and variance tasks.
  • Prepare and ensure quality checks of reports, presentations, and analytics for business insights.
  • Work primarily in an office setting with extensive use of personal computers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, conference calls, and meetings.
  • Travel may be required.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with PG&E's Clear Sky Playbook and Gap International Breakthrough.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate progress, escalate issues, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in managing event logistics and creating run-of-show documents.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Possesses a high-energy, resourceful, and solution-focused attitude.
