Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Massachusetts Employer. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Work with logistics, accounting, and delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Enter orders and data into our database and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or 2-3 years of customer service experience in the HVAC or technical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
