Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Provider to join our team at Kiddie Academy of Paradise Hills. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and supervise children during all activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and prepare instructional aids and materials for classroom activities, aligning with our curriculum and educational goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, adhering to our health and safety standards.
  • Support the Lead Teacher in daily management and supervision of the classroom, including mealtimes and cleanup.
  • Assist with Academy and classroom paperwork, such as daily notes, accident reports, and attendance records.
  • Participate in staff meetings, Academy events, and parent meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of classroom lesson plans, programs, and schedules, ensuring a cohesive and engaging educational experience.
  • Ensure all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and used properly.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, and in-service training, enhancing your skills and knowledge to support our students' growth.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the Lead Teacher or Academy Director, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Meet all state and local licensing requirements for the position.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
  • Complete the required amount of training hours per year, as per state licensing requirements.
  • Pass a clear background check to qualify for employment.
  • Possess a 45-Hour Course Certificate.
