Early Childcare Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Educational Breaker at East Gate Kids. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational activities and programs offered at our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Engage Children: Assist in supervising children during breaks from structured educational activities, and engage them in age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities during break periods.
- Ensure Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, and foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Collaborate with Educational Staff: Collaborate with the educational staff to implement planned activities and support the overall educational goals of the program.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent, and a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
- Daily Lunch Meals: We provide daily lunch meals for employees.
