  • Developmental Awareness: Recognize and respond to different developmental and behavioral levels exhibited by children, providing individualized support and care.
  • Learning Area Maintenance: Ensure that the learning area is kept clean and safe at all times, promoting a healthy and hygienic environment for children.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Certification: Certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Childcare Assistant, Child Care Provider, or a similar role in a Child Care Facility or a Pre-primary School.
  • First Aid: Basic knowledge and training in providing first aid.
  • Child Development: Familiarity with various child development techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a good listening ear.
  • Time Management: Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Motivation and Patience: Displaying high levels of motivation and patience when working with children.
