Job Responsibilities: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service. You'll negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms, build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts, and provide ongoing client support and follow-up to build lasting relationships. Additionally, you'll utilize advanced real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and transactions, and conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.
