Career Opportunity

We are seeking an Intensive Behavioral Therapist Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for performing assessments, facilitating group sessions, and completing required paperwork in a timely manner to ensure successful billing of services.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and facilitate IOP group sessions, individual, family, and weekly programs as assigned using industry recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Complete all required paperwork per timelines established to ensure successful billing of services.
  • Perform intake screening and assessments unless otherwise assigned to a central intake staff.
  • Maintain the expected census in each IOP group sessions.
  • Present appropriate cases at the weekly treatment team and participate in clinical supervision as scheduled and/or necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Master's Degree or on track for LADAC with a Bachelor's degree (in human services discipline) and 2+ years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders.
  • Active in the process for licensure as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor.

Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
