Behavior Support Specialist

At Health Connect America, Inc., we're dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across the nation. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in delivering direct support services to individuals and their families within our Autism and Neurodevelopmental Support Services (ANDSS) Program.
About the Role:
The Behavior Support Specialist will work under the supervision of certified professionals to provide behavior support, teach adaptive behaviors, and model ABA techniques to families. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior support services to individuals and their families
- Provide behavior support, teach adaptive behaviors, and model ABA techniques to families
- Document all services per standards set forth by governing bodies, accrediting bodies, organizational, and payers
- Maintain complete and timely client records, including progress notes, data collection, and visit verification logs
- Attend treatment team and staff meetings consistently
- Participate actively in supervision meetings
- Collaborate with community agencies to ensure comprehensive client support
- Uphold the HCA Code of Conduct in all job functions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma; must pass a background check

Estimated Salary Range:$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
