Job Summary

As a Customer Service Leader at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our store, working closely with our front-end and service desk teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end and service desk associates, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives, such as inventory management and visual merchandising.
* Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
