Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our award-winning customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect pet products, and resolving any issues that may arise.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
What You'll Need
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
