As a Senior Talent Development Advisor, you'll play a critical role in executing our Learning and Organizational Development strategy, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and leadership development. You'll develop and implement targeted interventions to support our efforts, including training programs, assessments, coaching, team-building, and performance development initiatives.



We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in talent development, program management, and instructional design. Your expertise will help us identify and develop leaders, build bench strength, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and organizational skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments, surveys, and program evaluations to inform talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop leaders and build bench strength.
  • Implement learning technology interventions to enhance employee engagement and performance.


Requirements:




  • 4+ years of experience in talent development, program management, or instructional design.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform talent development initiatives.
  • Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.


We offer a competitive salary range of $70,720 - $126,880 per year, commensurate with experience.
