Job Title: Mid Level Systems Analyst

At Dynamics ATS Organic, we are seeking a highly skilled Mid Level Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our Wideband C-SSEs.

Job Summary

The Mid Level Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing transmissions and network management of Wideband SATCOM Operational Management System (WSOMS) and other MILSATCOM C2 programs. This position requires extensive interaction with various stakeholders, including Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Norway, and United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for transmissions management and network management of WSOMS and other MILSATCOM C2 programs.
  • Serve as a technical consultant for transmissions management and control in the Super High Frequency (SHF) functional area.
  • Develop and coordinate policy and plans for the WGS, GBS, and DSCS programs.
  • Participate in various Department of Defense (DoD), Joint, and MILDEP planning and working groups.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend solutions to future communications and automation operational challenges.
  • Use knowledge of satellite communications systems and their relationships to other telecommunications networks.
  • Provide technical and operational planning, system configuration, and operational mission support.
  • Develop, prepare, and coordinate wideband satellite communications and related information systems plans.
  • Develop technical and management comments reflecting the command position with respect to Army and joint actions.
  • Review and comment on government documents resulting from these evaluations.
  • Provide lessons learned to Materiel Developer and Combat Developer.
  • Assist in managing Wideband SATCOM ground segment for transition to current/future satellites.
  • Ensure that developmental tactical automation systems are interoperable with and integrated into tactical communications equipment.
  • Define, integrate, and implement strategic direction for Wideband programs.
  • Develop and present briefings to convey strategic vision or organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Department of Defense (DOD) SATCOM.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SATCOM principles, technical analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Must have a TS with SCI eligibility.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
