Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

MGA Homecare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians and analysts, providing supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of behavior technicians and analysts, providing supervision and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, working closely with the administrative team to ensure quality of care and authorization.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective ABA services.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  • Participate in the development and dissemination of educational and ongoing development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field, such as psychology, education, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
