Job Summary

As a Seed Sales Specialist at Native Seed LP, you will work collaboratively with our Executive Vice President to serve customers purchasing native seed and erosion control products. Your primary responsibilities will include developing bids and pricing under the guidance of Senior Sales Staff, consulting with customers and agencies on seed mix designs, and taking on a book of business as determined by Senior Sales Staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with Senior Sales Staff to develop bids and pricing for seed and erosion control materials
• Consult with customers and agencies on seed mix designs
• Take on a book of business as determined by Senior Sales Staff
• Take customer calls and emails directly as needed and assist with pricing orders and consulting
• Support Senior Sales Staff in the development and maintenance of special contracts

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of native plants throughout the Great Basin and surrounding ecological areas of the Western US
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Consummate team player and customer service experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Office
• College degree in restoration science, range science, agronomy, or related field preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following areas a plus: Turf Industry, Government agencies, Commercial projects

Compensation
Salary is $60k - $70k + Bonus potential per year, dependent on experience
