Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate food and beverage expenses and manage supply orders.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus and coordinate dining, bar, and event services.
  • Oversee food quality and preparation to uphold standards and sanitation regulations.
  • Address and resolve food quality and service concerns.
  • Review financial transactions and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Assign and coordinate employee tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supervise meal service.
  • Inspect kitchen and dining areas to ensure sanitary conditions.
  • Maintain records of meals served and employee hours.
  • Order and check food, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory.
  • Direct food and beverage preparation.
  • Complete monthly Profit & Loss reports to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends to adjust food and beverage pricing as necessary.
  • Inspect food service facilities to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Analyze operational data such as daily sales and attendance to prepare budgets for cost control.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate's degree (AA) or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Food Service, or a related field is preferred, along with progressively responsible leadership experience. A minimum of 3+ years in a dynamic food service environment, ideally within attractions or high-volume entertainment venues, is essential. Candidates must be flexible with their schedules, including availability for shifts from 12-8pm or 2pm-10pm, and be prepared to work weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers for tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds in a moderate to loud environment.
  • Ideal candidates should be open to working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Completion of TIPS training is required.
