Job OverviewPosition Summary

The Table Games Supervisor is tasked with overseeing all gaming tables within a designated section, ensuring the safeguarding of casino resources, delivering exceptional customer service, and enforcing compliance with operational protocols among team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all departmental guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee the functionality of all gaming tables in the assigned section.
  • Ensure the protection of games and casino assets by vigilantly monitoring all tables.
  • Supervise Dealers and Dual Rates to guarantee accurate transactions and adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and departmental policies.
  • Conduct precise player ratings for all tables within the designated area.
  • Deliver guest services that align with the established service standards.
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills with all guests, both internal and external.
  • Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A combination of education, experience, and training that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience in Table Games is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of four years of dealing experience is required.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential to maintain a professional image.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
  • Must comply with drug and alcohol testing requirements with negative results.
