Job Overview:
The IT Business Process Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing business workflows and aligning them with digital transformation objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders, the consultant designs and implements streamlined and forward-thinking processes. A strong background in SAP and the manufacturing sector is vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enhance end-to-end workflows to foster value creation
* Partner with business units for process optimization
* Design and execute modifications in business and IT workflows
* Assist in testing and integrating new workflows
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Lead initiatives to improve processes and systems
* Promote IT culture and collaboration with business divisions
* Develop system roadmaps and operational workflows
* Guide and mentor project teams

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
* Experience in SAP FI/CO and the manufacturing sector
* Familiarity with process management tools and methodologies
* Strong analytical and communication abilities
* Capacity to work effectively within a team

Physical Requirements:
This role involves standard office environment tasks with occasional travel.
