POSITION SUMMARY:

The Support Associate plays a vital role in fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment, ensuring that our core values are integral to all store functions.

This is accomplished through a variety of sales operations tasks, including merchandise management, inventory processing, and maintaining an organized stockroom. We take pride in our work and believe that our teams create an exceptional workplace for learning and growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence:
  • Efficiently processes merchandise, ensuring items are stored correctly, labeled accurately, and easily accessible for restocking on the sales floor.
  • Ensures timely merchandising and representation of new products.
  • Accurately enters all receiving documents into the inventory system and reconciles merchandise invoices with received items as necessary.
  • Ensures visual merchandising materials, props, and signage are processed promptly and organizes stockroom supplies such as hardware and hangers.
  • Participates in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notifies management regarding cash supply requirements.
  • Assists with visual directives, including floor setups, window displays, and signage placements as directed.
  • Contributes to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.

  • Exemplifies and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Collaboration and Development:
  • Encourages an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in stock management or cashier roles is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Capability to work efficiently within strict timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising and product placement techniques is a plus.
  • Communicates effectively with customers, associates, and management.
  • Regular attendance is crucial for meeting company objectives, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Continuous walking/standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing as part of the role.
