Position AvailableWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic company, with a comprehensive six-month training program at our Naperville office. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in all aspects of the role, preparing them for promotion to Branch Manager within one of our 17 markets across the US.

- Enjoy meeting and engaging with people
- Comfortable making calls to set up wine tastings and events, including cold calls to corporate clients
- Strong relationship-building skills through personal interaction
- Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years or older
- Willingness to relocate after six months of training (company-paid relocation)
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
- Experience in hiring and training new talent is a plus
- Knowledge of wine is a plus
- Reliable transportation for traveling to appointments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for selling wine
Annual salary: $45,000 - $70,000 (base salary and projected commission)
