Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to specific client sectors.

Work Environment

DLR Group embraces a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the annual marketing communications strategy for designated sectors.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling, on-brand narratives and content for sector-specific platforms.
  • Work closely with integrated design teams to highlight innovation and thought leadership in marketing efforts.
  • Maintain project records in the firm’s database to ensure knowledge retention.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including:
    • Digital Marketing to launch campaigns across digital channels.
    • Graphic Designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Media Managers to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
    • Pursuit Leaders to prepare marketing materials for proposals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, particularly in professional services or the design industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for producing high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
  • Critical thinking skills to assess needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
