  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing calendar and email marketing plan to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a preference for Shopify experience.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads/TikTok Ads, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a plus for Photoshop/Canva knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English & Korean) preferred.
