Private Equity Associate Opportunity

Sonder Consultants, a global legal search & recruitment consultancy, is seeking a mid-level Private Equity Associate to enhance its dynamic M&A and private equity practice in Miami. This prestigious firm, with a Chambers-ranked practice group, is renowned for its high-volume cross-border transactions and headline-grabbing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute acquisition agreements and related documentation for M&A and private equity transactions.
  • Manage public and private company M&A, financings, and corporate governance matters.
  • Provide expertise in private equity transactions and related business matters.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate transactions with a focus on M&A and private equity.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
  • Experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm is preferred.
