Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team in a Hybrid work environment, which includes 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. This role will involve overseeing a Global Time and Payroll initiative, while also managing daily payroll operations, assisting with payroll projects, and handling payroll processing during peak times and team absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of payroll processes.
  • Engage in industrial relations discussions pertinent to the payroll function.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of local and regional compensation policies in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, contributions, and taxes related to personnel.
  • Maintain relations with tax authorities concerning audits and notices.
  • Provide insights on compensation, contributions, and fiscal matters to both the company and employees.
  • Evaluate and enhance current payroll, benefits, and tax procedures to align with best practices, especially for new countries integrated into the Shared Services model.
  • Ensure payroll systems are updated to reflect the current employee roster, including wages, benefits, and leave entitlements, in compliance with both local and company regulations.
  • Maintain active communication with Business lines, HR, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Guarantee compliance with all activities related to personnel administration and payroll policies.
  • Participate in payroll system implementation projects as needed.
  • Manage payroll processing responsibilities during team member absences and balance workloads during high-demand periods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required.
