Clinical Supervisor RN

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Augusta. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supervision of our home care caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of homecare clients and patients
- Supervise care management and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Develop and implement training programs for homecare caregivers
- Assess and evaluate patient plans of care, ensuring they meet individual needs
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless patient care
- Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required
- Minimum three (3) years nursing experience as RN, with one-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience
- At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Supervisory experience required, with knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System and Medicaid waiver programs
- Pediatric experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy
