About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Merchandising Manager to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a Sales Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and merchandising professionals to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop the skills of sales merchandisers, territory sales leads, and seasonal associates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to meet sales and merchandising goals.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brands and product lines, and maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Communication: Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management, and communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Have detailed knowledge of all company policies, and maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
  • Experience: Customer service or sales experience required.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs. with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/product up to 35 lbs, in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs with assistance from another associate.
  • Work Environment: Work performed could be while sitting, standing, or walking, and may entail fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing as well as upper and lower body mobility.
