Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Woodlands location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring that the store is always visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store is always visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, fashion trends, and company initiatives, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in a fashion or apparel store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and to stand for long periods of time.
