- Team-oriented and takes initiative, with strong decision-making, logical thinking, and judgment skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Associate's degree with previous Personal Lines insurance experience.
