About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Healthcare Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the food service program in a single site, ensuring that food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the food service program, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality control and training programs to ensure compliance with HCSG standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and administrators to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition required.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills with ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
