Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to lead our dining program in a single site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the food service program, providing leadership and support to ensure high-quality dining services.
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
  • Provide training and quality control to staff, ensuring compliance with HCSG standards.
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control and universal precautions policies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
  • Hold an associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition is required.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
