Job Summary

KPC Promise Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures in chemistry, hematology, immunohematology, and microbiology as needed.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory results.
  4. Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
  5. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
  2. Current state license to practice as a Medical Technologist.
  3. Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with frequent exposure to blood and other bodily fluids. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
