Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Waterfall Community Health Center (WCHC) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will provide trauma-informed counseling services to patients in an outpatient mental health setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide evidence-based assessments and interventions to patients with a variety of mental health needs.
  • Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions, utilizing a strengths-based approach.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address social determinants of health.
  • Assess patients' behavioral and mental condition, and develop treatment plans with measurable objectives and goals.
  • Keep accurate and timely records, adhering to clinic policies and licensure guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work from an accredited university.
  • Unrestricted Oregon License and credentials as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Certification in trauma-informed care, such as EMDR or CBT, is a plus.
  • Experience working in healthcare or a similar setting is preferred.
