Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and in-person assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configuration
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving, including authentication, software, and hardware issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement processes and procedures for common technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to users on common tools and applications
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in the corresponding semester
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
  • Ability to lift 25 or more pounds of equipment and perform inventory tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and scanners
  • Diagnostic skills in desktop application, hardware, network, and printer issues
  • Programming experience or willingness to learn
