- Assist users with common and uncommon technology-related issues
- Provide training and guidance on the use of college applications and software
- Log and track technical issues and resolutions using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement processes and procedures for technical support
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 units in the corresponding semester
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
- Ability to lift 25 or more pounds of equipment
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, and scanners
- Diagnostic skills in desktop application, hardware, network, and printer issues
- Programming experience or willingness to learn
