We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in northeast Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing retail products and equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service retail products and equipment at customer sites
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on inventory control and video equipment
  • Keep track of service calls and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage
  • Communicate with management on customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain state security license (if required)
  • Functional knowledge of MS Office and PC skills
  • General knowledge of electronics and network device setup
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs
  • Ability to work in unusual positions and travel as needed
