Role Overview

This position is a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests and providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
  • Taking an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
  • Providing support on product selection and application.
What You Bring to the Table
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively handle a variety of customer situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • 2+ years experience preferred.
  • High School education required, 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.50 per hour, depending on experience. As a full-time employee, you will accrue THREE weeks of vacation during your first 12 months and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision plan, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability benefits, profit sharing plan, 401(k) savings plan, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
