At Graybar, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their total satisfaction. Your interactions with customers will involve entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional, and courteous support.

  • You will ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality, handling incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Taking an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls, you will provide support on product selection and application.
  • Couriering customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims, you will be the face of our company.
Salary

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $24.50 per hour depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or service environment.
  • A High School education is required, while a 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred.
